Privacy Policy

We collect no personal data. The I Am Rich application does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information.

The app does not use analytics, crash reporting, or any tracking SDK. There are no third-party libraries with data-collection capabilities.

Language preference is stored locally on your device only, using standard iOS UserDefaults. This data never leaves your device.

The website i-am-rich.com does not use cookies, analytics scripts, or tracking pixels of any kind.

Contact by email is voluntary and handled exclusively through your own email client. No contact form is used; no server receives your data through this website.

App Terms of Use

The I Am Rich application is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. The license is non-transferable and non-sublicensable.

What the app does: it displays a single affirmation in one of 15 languages. It does not perform any function beyond this display. The purchase is for the right to use this app as described.

You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell the application or its content.

The purchase price is final. Given the nature of digital goods and the deliberate, non-accidental nature of purchasing a premium-priced application, refunds are subject to Apple's standard App Store refund policy.

Kaynar & Co. reserves the right to update the application and its content at any time without prior notice.

Apple App Store EULA

The I Am Rich application is distributed through the Apple App Store and is subject to Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA) for App Store products, unless a custom EULA is provided.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Apple EULA, the Apple EULA shall prevail with respect to App Store distribution terms.

Intellectual Property

The I Am Rich application, its visual identity, emblem, name, and all associated content are the exclusive property of Kaynar & Co., Lausanne, Switzerland.

The I Am Rich application is a Kalisme Edition product. Kalisme is a wellness philosophy and registered movement founded by Hakan Kaynar. The Kalisme name, branding, and associated philosophical content are protected. Learn more at kalisme.com.

Unauthorised reproduction, imitation, or commercial use of any element of this application or its branding is strictly prohibited.
